TO FIND COLLECTION OF ITEMSRELATED TO PRESIDENT THEODORE ROOSEVELT'S YACHT
"MAYFLOWER"
The following items are included in this auction:
1. Handwritten letter by Admiral Albert Gleaves, Commander of the Theodore
Roosevelt's Presidential yachts. It includes the envelope.The letter is written
on "The Government House U.S. Naval Home Philadelphia" letterhead; dated
February 19, 1931. The content of the letter mentions that Admiral Gleaves had
been ill. It is signed "Albert Gleaves Admiral US Navy". The letter is mounted
on a brown paper.
2. Naval Hat Tally from President Roosevelt's Presidential Yacht the "USS
Mayflower". It is black clothwith the words "U.S.S. Mayflower " in gold colors
on it. The color on the words have faded but are still readable. The cloth is in
good condition. It is about 23 inches long and 1/1/2 inches wide.
3, An unused postcard of the "USS Mayflower".
4. A 1937 newspaper article on the death of Admiral Gleaves. It is attached to
the same brown paper as the signed letter. In the article it mentions U.S.
Secretary of the Navy during President Woodrow Wilson's Administration.
5. Autograph of Josephus Daniels. Secretary of the Navy for President Woodrow
Wilson, dated July 24, 1918. Includes a page from a 1919 book that has a picture
of Daniels on it.

This is a lovely vintage commemorative plate honoring Dwight D. Eisenhowers
first birthday in the White House, dated 14 October 1953. It is done in the
Pennsylvania Dutch style, writing on the back "This Plate commemorates President
Eisenhower's first birthday in the White House. The Pennsylvania Dutch symbol of
the intertwined doves signifies Love and peace for which our President firmly
stands." The plate is in excellent unused condition. It was made expressly for

Official Kennedy Bill Signing Pen Rare Version with 40mm wording Plus Original Bill Signing Photos
This rare pen was ordered and made for the JFK White House. The Pen has the words "The President the White house" printed on it.
This is not only an original Esterbrook bill signing pen, but it is the much Rarer and sought after 40mm wording version. The Esterbrook pens were used by JFK and where used as his official bill signer. He used these to sign many significant items of legislation including the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. Below are photos of him signing this treaty with an Estrbrook pen you do not get these photos.

I have included two original wire photos of Kennedy Signing bills and giving away this exact type of pen to Senators congressman and other VIPs. These to photos show him using an Esterbrook as his official bill signer from near the beginning of his Presidency to near the end. He in fact use theses pens through his whole unfortunately to short Presidency. So you get an original JFK Esterbrook bill signer with the 40mm wording one of the rarest and most sought after variation of this pen but you also get two official wire photos of him using and giving out this pen. Very Rare White House Service Badge
Rare White House Service badge. This badge is much rarer than the newer Presidential service badge that replaced The White House Service Badge under executive or of LBJ during the beginning of his time in office. Executive Order 10879 of June 1, 1960 was signed by President Dwight D. Eisenhower establishing a White House Service Badge near the end of his Presidential term. So The White House Service Badges were used mostly during JFK administration.

Rare Unused Soap From Presidents Kennedy Presidential Yacht
This is a very rare item. An used bar of soap from President Kennedy Presidential Yacht The Honey Fritz. Kennedy had the Yacht renamed the Honey Fritz and was the only President to use it under that name. This bar of soap has the Presidential Seal in the center surrounded by Honey Fritz Presidential Yacht with JFK below the seal. Yacht items are rare and yacht items tied directly to Kennedy are even more so. Honey Fritz items are among the rarest of the all. I have only seen one other Honey Fritz item a match book and I have only seen two of those myself one of which I just sold for over a hundred dollars to a collector who had to have it and took it out of my own personal collection. $150.00

This is a very rare and valuable peace of Reagan and Camp David memorabilia.
This is a Pewter Plate from Camp David during Reagan term of office. What makes
this plate so special is that one of these plates was given to President Reagan
on his birthday at Camp David. This plate mounted on a wood stand with at brass
plaque now stands prominently on display at President Reagan’s Presidnetial
Library. The Last photos was taken at President Reagan’s Presidential Library.
It shows the plate that was given to President Reagan himself as a birthday gift
by the Staff of Camp David. The plaque on the Plate in President Reagan’s
Library says.

I have only seen one other Honey Fritz item a match book and I have only seen two of those myself one of which I just sold for over a hundred dollars to a collector who had to have it and took it out of my own personal collection. $150.00
